Very helpful meeting with Baroness Charlotte Vere, Roads Minister, to discuss delivery and Highways England cooperation on M27 J10. Hampshire County Council progressing the business case well and Fareham Borough Council progressing full funding which must be in place before a brick of Welborne can be laid.
